Deborah Arthur has lived in Northern Virginia all of her life. She is married and has one married daughter, Rebecca Evans, who is a graduate of Immanuel Christian School in North Springfield, West Springfield High School, Northern Virginia Community College, and George Mason University as well as George Mason University School of Law. Her daughter graduated law school in May, 2012 and joined the firm as an associate in October 2012.

Earning her B.S. in Public Administration with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in 2009, she continued her education, earning her J.D. from George Mason University in 2012. Rebecca L Evans spent two years of her law school time clerking for the Law Firm. Rebecca L. Evans primarily assists clients in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. This includes but is not limited to the areas of Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Advance Medical Directives, Financial Powers of Attorney, Life Insurance Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Probate, and Trust Administration.

Like her mother Deborah Arthur, Rebecca L Evans has lived in Northern Virginia all of her life. She is married to Samuel Evans and they have two beagles -- Lucy and Bella. Rebecca L Evans also recently gave birth to a second child, Austin, who has joined his sister, Victoria, as a staple at the office. Both spend much of their days during the week hanging out in mom’s office, meeting with mom’s and grandma's clients, or enjoying their own play "office".

Rebecca L Evans is a member of the Virginia and Fairfax County Bar Associations and actively participates in bar committees and activities, including the Fairfax County Bar Association Wills, Trusts and Estates Section, the Virginia Bar Association, and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.
Mrs. Evans is an active member at Commissioned, a relatively new church plant in Newington Forrest, Fairfax County, Virginia. She works with the children of the church, and has immensely enjoyed the entire church planting experience.
Donna K Campbell is our long time, well loved Administrative Assistant. She has worked for the Law Office of Deborah N Arthur for over ten years. Showing her faithfulness, not only to her position but also to her family, Donna has been married over 28 years. She has three adult children. Her oldest son married in June 2013, is a graduate of William and Mary and is getting his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She has one daughter, who attended the University of Virginia and is currently working in Germany at the Armed Forces Rec center at Edelweiss Resort and Lodge. Her youngest son is working in Kentucky.
While considering Hermitage, Tennessee as home, as an Army military wife, Donna has lived in a number of locations including Texas, Georgia, Germany, Tennessee, Rhode Island and Springfield, Virginia. She and her family have lived in Springfield for over 15 years, clearly the longest stretch of residency during her married life. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education and taught school for five years before raising three children, interrupting her teaching career.
Donna attends Immanuel Bible Church in North Springfield, where she has been involved in various ministries throughout the years, including AWANA, Adult Bible Fellowship, home Bible studies, and teaching ladies' Bible studies. Donna has also been involved in Moms in touch, a ministry directed toward praying for our kids and their schools and Connected on the Homefront, a military wives ministry.
